Mochudi

Thursday I briefly attended the conference before leaving Gabs for a look at the real Botswana. Jo, Gustav, Erin, and I took the A1 highway to the village of Mochudi about an hour away. There we drove up, up, up to a museum at the top of a hill overlooking the city. Outside the building was one of the most stunning views I have ever seen. It overlooks the village and the wind was blowing and I could hear the cows and goats below. I stood at the edge with my arms outstretched, the breeze in my fingertips, and I never wanted to leave that rock.
